Which data we use, why, and with which services.

Data controller
Traditionalmente. Contact: info@traditionalmente.com. Company name, registered office and VAT number will be listed here before public launch.
Which data
Account: email, display name, username and anything you choose to add to your profile. Content: listings, recommendations, reports, photos, comments and messages you write. Trips: what you save, the calendar, expenses and who you invite. Bookings: date, party size, amounts and payment status.
Your device location is used only when you ask for distances, and it is not stored. Card details never reach us: Stripe handles them.
Why
To run the service you ask for (account, trips, bookings, messages), to moderate public content, to send the notifications you turned on, and to measure in aggregate how the site is used, only with your consent.
With which services
Supabase (database, sign-in and files), Render (site server), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (translations, recommendation summaries, writing help and the trip assistant: it receives only the text needed for the request), the transactional email provider, and the map and address search providers (OpenStreetMap and related services).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to processing, by writing to info@traditionalmente.com. You can also contact the Italian data protection authority (Garante).
